The design concept is just the start of the project .... what comes next can be daunting and overwhelming; contracting and co-ordinating the trades, liaising with professionals, sourcing and specifying products and finishes, finalising design details.

In addition, managing the project once it is in the build/deliver phase can be draining - both emotionally and in terms of the time it requires. I'm both an experienced and qualified professional project manager. The challenges and pressures of this part of a project is my day-to-day job, whereas for you, it is adding a layer of stress on top of your already busy life. Letting me take this load off of you enables you to relax and enjoy the journey rather than feeling overwhelmed and daunted by it.
